Yes, you can port your existing Australian phone number to our system. You can also port numbers out to another provider if needed.

Can I use my old analog phone handset with hosted PBX?

Yes, with an Analog Telephone Adaptor (ATA) that converts analog signals to IP traffic. However, modern VoIP phones are recommended for full feature access and HD voice quality.

What internet connection speed is required for hosted PBX?

Each call requires only 80 Kbps (0.08 Mbps), or less with a compressed codec. A 24 Mbps connection can handle at least 300 simultaneous calls.

What happens if my internet goes down?
